PAYMENT TERMS AND TAXES

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping, insurance, handling and taxes. All NJ state residents are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your order unless you can provide a tax exemption certificate. Prices and configurations are subject to change without any due notice. All Payment is due upon placing your order.

SHIPPING AND TITLE

The purchaser pays freight and shipping. Laptop.jumora.net will arrange to ship products to you at an address you designate. Title to and risk of loss of the products passes to you when Laptop.jumora.net delivers them to the shipper, as allowed under item 2303 of the Uniform Commercial Code and corresponding state laws. All freight, insurance, and other related charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchaser shall be responsible for promptly advising Laptop.jumora.net of any loss and for filing a claim for recovery of any loss during transit.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Laptop.jumora.net resells and distributes new, used, and recycled products and claims no association to any manufacturer. All product markings applied by Laptop.jumora.net are for identification purposes and are not used to indicate product origin. Where appropriate, products are marked with a serial number sticker and warranty on such products is void if this sticker is removed or tampered with.

Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Laptop.jumora.net harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses or loss Laptop.jumora.net suffer as a result of unauthorized warranties and/or representations as to origin made by purchaser in connection with the resale of this product.

Laptop.jumora.net warranties all products to the terms specified on the front of each invoice, and should product not meet any such warranty, Laptop.jumora.net will issue a credit or replace the product. All products are warranted for 6 months unless otherwise noted. Laptop.jumora.net offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all defective and incompatible products. Functional products returned for credit will be assessed with a 15% restock fee.

The limited warranty provided by Laptop.jumora.net covers normal use. Its does not supercede or extend the Original Electronic Manufacturer (OEM) warranty, when applicable. It does not apply to

1. defects resulting from improper or inadequate installation, use or maintenance;
2. actions or modifications by unauthorized third parties or the Purchaser;
3. accidental or willful damage;
4. normal wear and tear.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTIES EXPRESSED, Laptop.jumora.net DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RSTRICTION OR MODIFICATION UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. THE TERM OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED ARE LIMITED TO THE APPLICABLE TERM OF THIS WARRANTY AGREEMENT. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF TEMA EXCESS IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID FOR PRODUCTS. Laptop.jumora.net IS NOT LIABLE TO YOU IF IT IS UNABLE TO PERFORM DUE TO EVENTS IT IS NOT ABLE TO CONTROL, SUCH AS ACTS OF GOD. Laptop.jumora.net SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR SPCIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, OTHER THAN THOSE DAMAGES THAT ARE INCAPABLE OF LIMITATION, EXCLUSION OR RESTRICTION UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. THIS AGREEMENT GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

General

Laptop.jumora.net is not responsible for typographical errors. This includes both advertising and the entirety of Laptop.jumora.net.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Laptop.jumora.net and the Purchaser and all claims and disputes in connection with the sale of products hereunder shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Purchaser agrees that all rights and obligations of the parties hereunder, including performance, enforcement and collection shall be governed in accordance with the laws and in the State of New Jersey. In the event that it becomes necessary to incur any expense for collection of sums due under this agreement, attorney's fees, court costs and any other collection expenses will be added to the balance due. All unpaid balances shall accrue interest at the rate of one and a half (1.5) percent per month in addition to attorney's fees, court costs and other collection expenses. There will be no further notices of the above.

Sales Tax

Orders billed by Laptop.jumora.net will include sales tax on all shipments to New Jersey. For orders billed directly by one of our vendors, please review the product description page for the appropriate states that sales tax will be charged. Laptop.jumora.net accepts New Jersey State reseller certificates only if they are submitted prior to purchase. To submit your Reseller Certificate for tax-exempt status, you must fax your reseller's license to Laptop.jumora.net at , Attention: Resellers Permit. We will update our system within 24 hours of receipt to ensure that your future orders are not taxed.
