We are committed to your satisfaction. Within the warranty period, items can be returned for replacement or repair or if the item is not in stock a store credit will be issued, once a Returned Materials Authorization ("RMA") has been obtained. Refunds are only available within the first 30 days from the date of the invoice (shipping, insurance and handling charges are non-refundable)
Why are some components displayed with several part numbers on your site?
Many customers found their part on our shop, but when they compare part numbers with their original parts, they found a mismatch. Not to worry, we keep very accurate records on what parts fits what model. Some manufacturers will change the part number on the same product periodically. This is based on the date of manufacture, the factory, and country that makes it, and other reasons beyond our control.

Why didn't I receive confirmation after I placed my order?
If you did not receive a confirmation on the order however successfully clicked the last submit button, most likely our server received your order but communication back to your PC was interrupted. Please DO NOT replace the order on-line. If you do, you may end up with duplicate orders and both would be charged. Email our customer service to make sure your order was received to be safe.
I want to cancel my order, what should I do?
If you need, for any reasons, to cancel your order, YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL BEFORE 11:00am PST AT THE SAME DAY YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER. Once you placed the order, if the packages have already been processed (CHARGED), it will not and cannot be cancelled.
